Sarah Hopwood – Using Emotional Intelligence to increase your influence
November 19, 2015 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Business sense and emotional intelligence …
communicating your way to success
Session Summary: This 90 minutes session will be interactive and fun. You will be taken through a 6 step process which will help you unpack what emotional intelligence means to you and how some of your thinking or behaviours might be holding you back. You will have opportunity to better understand what you are seeing in others and so therefore equip you to respond effectively – rather than just react.
Takeaways: You will have identified at least 3 things you can do differently in order to increase your influence not just in the work place but at home too. From energy vampires, self-sabotaging emotions to Howard Garndner’s 8 intelligences, there is something for everyone. By making the smallest of changes you will improve your energy, which will in-turn improve your level of influence to those around you.
