Fit For Moore have been running their Unique 60+ Active Ladies fitness program for over 4 years now and are happy to announce the introduction of a further session to their timetable.

From October 2018 there are now 3 sessions per week at our Private Health Studio in central Haywards Heath.  Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 10.15-11am

At Fit For Moore, you are a member and NOT a number.

Classes are small and intimate and are limited to just 8 ladies only.

Each session will focus on various areas of health and fitness:  Balance, Flexibility, Core Strenght, Posture, muscle strength, toning and most important of all FUN!  You’ll never do the same workout or be pushed to do anything you’re not comfortable with.  There’s music, somewhere to sit down and very nice changing rooms too.

Laughter and friendship in a supportive and non-competitive environment you can only come if you’re 60 or above and female!

We cater for all levels of fitness so if you have replacement hips, knees or other bits that’s fine as we can work with that too.  You will be invited to a private 1:1 session with Lisa, owner of Fit For Moore and Fitness Professional of over 25 years. where we’ll talk through your personal fitness and cover any areas of concern.
