Henry Laker has been interested and involved in marketing pretty much since dinosaurs roamed the earth.
With a strong background in design, print and websites, he is the MD of Growth by Design, and holds a personal passion for generating powerful marketing assets and strategies which work in the real world. As a business owner himself he understands that marketing is more than just functionality and making things look pretty…it’s about generating return on investment.
Tim Rylatt has been running a business coaching firm for the past 9 years, and more recently has partnered into Growth by Design as the Commercial Director.
Tim has a solid understanding of what makes business work, what makes customers tick, and how marketing strategy gets brought together as a whole. On a personal level he holds a keen interest in the psychology behind what makes people buy, and in how companies, marketers and sales people can encourage that to happen.
