Key findings
Things have changed for the better over the last 10 years but it seems there’s still work to do.

  •  91% of employers feeling that attitudes are more positive than 10 years ago which is a great result but only 29% felt there had been ‘significant  improvement’.
    •    83% of employers agree that flexible working has benefited their business with 56% agreeing strongly and none disagreeing.
    •    Benefits quoted by employers of flexible working include greater retention of valuable staff, employee wellbeing and satisfaction and access to a broader talent pool when recruiting.
