Haywards Heath Dementia Action Group is pleased to present a screening of ‘Alive Inside’, the acclaimed film on the positive impact of music for those with dementia.  The film will be shown on Wednesday 27th January 2016 at 2pm in The Function Suite at Clair Hall.

The film tells the story of how music and our connection to rhythm begin before we are born and is the last sense that we lose.  Music can have the capacity to calm us and make us happy.  The film shows how to use music as a healing power for people with a Dementia, Parkinson’s disease, Bi-Polar, Schizophrenia, and other similar diseases.  See the amazing effect music has to touch the heart and soul of these people and give them, their families and Carers an inbuilt means to alleviate stress, agitation, loneliness and depression.
