The Institute of Directors recently teamed up with specialist event caterers Paella Fella to give their Staff party a unique twist – with a sumptuous selection of paellas, tapas and desserts – freshly cooked and served onsite at the London Head Quarters in Pall Mall.

Catering for some 200 guests in the prestigious Nash Room at the IOD, Paella Fella provided a bespoke party solution that included tailoring a menu to suit everyone’s taste and dietary needs.

It is quite daunting organising a staff party or large gathering of your people for a company event, especially when you are the IOD and regularly cater to very highs standards for its members.

Party organiser, Aarti Bhasin, Senior HR Consultant at IOD said: “Not only did Paella Fella put together a fabulous bespoke menu for us; they also worked diligently with us on the planning and logistics for the party. It was a great success with their team of friendly staff just helped make the event perfect – it went so smoothly”.
