HHDBA Action Learning 5th March 2013 18.00 – 19.45
Run bi-monthly, by Stephen Hillier, John Berry and Tracy Humphrey, ACTION LEARNING provides specialist support to any HHDBA members from any business sector. It is an innovative and proven way of helping each other solve an endless range of business problems and offering “deep” networking, often leading to business being done between group members.
Working on small groups of 6 to 12 people, in action learning sets, attendees can raise their business problems in confidence, with up to four issues being dealt with at a meeting. At the end of a set, anything up 30 solutions will have been suggested and members are encouraged to feed back later how their businesses have moved forward and profits increased. We also need facilitators – any member is also welcome to bring out the best of any group.
We start at 6pm prompt finishing by 7.45pm, but networking can continue in the comfortable surroundings. We suggest you bring paper and pen in order to jot down notes to take away and/or ideas to contribute during the sessions.
