Thursday 1st November 2012

The Haywards Heath and District Businesses Association is holding its 2012 Question Time on Thursday 22nd November and is inviting all local businesses to join them.  Panellists include Nicholas Soames MP, County Council Leader Louise Goldsmith, Garry Wall MSDC Leader as well as Editor In Chief of Sussex Newspapers, Gary Shipton, and two of the Town’s biggest employers, 1st Central and Aria Insurance Services.

HHDBA Chair, Maureen Scholefield, who will also chair the panel session, says: “Our Question Time is very popular, as every bit as controversial as the original. This will be a unique opportunity for you to have your say and ask questions of our distinguished panel.  We’ve also asked two of our bigger employers to speak up, so we welcome Dan Thompson, MD of 1st Central, and Trevor Christmas who heads up Aria Insurance – created as a result of a management buyout from Europ Assistance.”
With some high profile brains, this is a great opportunity for members to put their point of view on their questions, views, and concerns.  Let them be as sharp and probing as you like!” she adds.

The event, sponsored by asb-law, also includes the Association’s AGM and is open to members and non-members.  Refreshments and drinks will be available at this free event, being held at the United Services Club in Wivelsfield Road, Haywards Heath from 6.00 pm. And, just so we get the catering arrangements right, it would be good if you could let us know if you and your colleagues are coming? Call 01444 453399 or email: Sue Llewellyn on admin@hhdba.co.uk..
